Wash Care for Baggy Sweatpants
Since these likely use a heavy-weight fleece or french terry to achieve that drape:

Design & Production Notes

The Oversized Fit: These are designed with an intentionally large thigh and knee measurement (28" and 23" for Medium) to create the "stacking" effect at the ankles common in high-fashion streetwear.

Grading Logic: I have increased the waist, hips, and thighs by 2 inches per size to maintain the baggy silhouette as you go up in size.

Inseam: Note that in baggy pants, the inseam doesn't need to increase as drastically as the width because the lower "rise" already adds length to the overall garment.
