We get it, sometimes things just don't work out. At CH4OS 4 LYF, we want you to be stoked with your gear. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our 30-Day Promise
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility (The Ground Rules)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in the same chaotic-good condition you received it.

In its original packaging with all original tags still attached.

Free from any stains, odors (like smoke or perfume), or pet hair.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

How to Start a Return
Ready to get the process started? It's simple.

Email Us: Send an email to zannyftw2002@chaos4lyf.com (or your support email) with the subject line "Return Request: #[Your Order Number]".

Tell Us What's Up: In the email, please include your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Wait For Instructions: We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days with further instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received it and whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Did we mess up? If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
